In March 2001, the Tier 1 Canada Research Chair in Citizenship and Governance was awarded to Jane Jenson, professor of Political Science at the Université de Montréal.
The Chair’s research theme is the redesign of social policy, citizenship practices and social cohesion in Canada and European Union.
